The Faire Faces Institute is a research and training center on head and neck surgery, unique in Europe. Its ambition is to innovate therapeutically and diagnostically in order to help patients suffering from facial disfigurement as a result of illness, congenital disease or trauma.
Depicted in this series is Professor Bernard Devauchelle, renowned maxillofacial surgeon who performed the very first partial face transplant.
